This company should be shut down. Purchased a phone from them and the screen crashed and I almost lost all my data. They know nothing technically about fixing phones whatsoever. I ended up taking my phone to another company who found that there had been past water damage to this phone also there was evidence of battery bloating a faulty speaker and a screw lodged within the phone internally that should not have been there. Wrote to the company's head office and have not heard back despite sending the old screen and the rogue screw!!! Just a lot of sharks!!! I'm left with a phone that doesn't work after spending over £300 on it plus now £130 for another new screen to retrieve my data - something that CEX couldn't achieve! I would not recommend this company to anyone, total sharks they do not even have the courtesy to respond to a letter and there is no direct number for any of the outlets either. Don't get caught out like me. Will never shop with them again I'm going straight to Apple
